Thanked: 10Parker 91R..any experience?
Ive read good reviews on this razor, and picked one up. Its built like a tank, and Im happy with the quality, but its really tearing me up.
I've since moved it from its spot in the drawer to a cabinet where its on its own. I wonder if the bladed was being damaged in the drawer.
Any other experiences with the razor? Some say its mild, and some say its aggressive
Im fairly sure its my technique because my skin handled a Shavette fairly well until recently.

Hello, ryan2022:
I had the Parker 91R and found it rough and unreasonably aggressive. I couldn't stand it. It's gone.
Regards,
Obie

Thanked: 1195My experience with Parker wasn't that great either, though I admit that I didn't experiment too much with different blades combos to form a rounded opinion. Perhaps I should, and that may be a good starting point for you as well.
Good luck,

i was thinking about getting this razor since i have a parker shavette which i really like. their products are nicely priced and petty good quality. i figured the company would be good for beginners and it'd be a good start into safety razors. i guess i'll be sure to stay away form this razor.
