Thanked: 6Feedback on buying razors here.
Just wanted to share with other newbies out there:
Every used razor I've bought fro guys in the classifieds here has been even more impressive than advertised. Recently, I got a great Russian razor from Mike ("Modine") and it's a beauty! The care he put into honing, wrapping and packaging was unreal. He even included a small sample of awesome shave cream.
So if you've been disappointed by Ebay purchases or other web stores, rest assured the guys on SRP seem to be really honest about what they are selling and more than fair on price.
What a wonderful community of like-minded enthusiasts!

SRP members are some of the best group of folks to work with. Thank you for your acknowledgement and kind comments. That’s what it’s all about.
Sincerely;
Mike

Kudos, Jim for saying so.
A member who purchases a razor from me is aware of Mike, Lee & others in the Missouri area, and mentioned he'd be getting together with them soon. I was thrilled to hear & said that if Mike, Lee & Sham advise you in different directions from what I've mentioned - believe them! Not me. They've probably forgotten more than I think I know.
It shows great class to acknowledge their quality of work and honesty in dealings.

I only purchase razors from the members of this forum or I find the razor myself in a thrift /antique store.
I purchase nothing from Ebay; nothing against Ebay, just find the members here, more personal and trust worthy.
