    Default first straight purchases..

    I picked up 3 straights at a little antique store over the weekend.. anyone help me out with what I got? here's a few crappy pics. The gold reflection on the blade is the ceiling light.

    What you got is a fine looking razor. Watch out for the point.
    It looks to be in good shape... hone or get it honed and tell
    us how it shaves.

    oops...I thought it said something else on the first razor. The S from Solingen in front of it. Good to know it's Lutz though.

    That is a nice looking blade and from what I can see of it, it looks to be worth the price of restoration. My recommendation would be to send it to one of the resto guys in the classifieds. It obviously started out as an expensive razor. Make it happen again.....

    Actually, all three are resto candidates.
