Would like some info about P. Hospital Le Grelot's

I just scored this razor and would like some info on it and to know how good they are. I read some good reviews on it. It says "P. Hospital Le Grelot". I just paid $53 dollars for it on Ebay. I read conflicting posts that it was made by Thiers-Issard, and then another that it was made my the P. Hospital Co. Can anyone out there give me a straight answer? Thanks!
