Thread: Boker find, info wanted

God alone gets that truck! I do have stake in some other rides, but don't know if the partners would want to sell.

I rebuilt that truck with my dad and granddad (along with the help of friends/cousins/etc.) when I was in high school. I'll be holding on to it as long as the Lord lets me.

I'm not aware of a "Back to the 50's" in my area. Do you know something I don't?

Wow! What a great story your truck tells - to build with your Dad and Granddad is about as good as it gets. Back to the 50's is at St Paul Fairgrounds this Friday, Sat and Sun - 11,000 + streetrods.

Thanks. I only wish my mom's dad had still been alive. He built a 32 hi-boy from scratch and raced it at Bonneville in his day.

I HAVE heard of Back to the 50's but that's kind of a trek for us (wife+kids don't fit in the truck...for some reason Highway Patrol doesn't think car seats in the truck bed is a good idea! ), and weekends are my busiest times. It'd be fun to go to someday though.
