Thanked: 170Looking at jcsixx's photos, it looks like the tip of my blade has been reground. I was wondering about that - the spine work looked like it was chopped off at the tip of the blade.

It has definitely been shortened as I think that blade usually has a barber's notch and spanish style point. Should still make a fine shaver though.
It is the one Boker that I want to own for my personal collection. I've actually owned the razor before, but the scales weren't original (yours are) and eventually sold it. Some day I'll get an all original one. Nice score regardless!

Thanked: 170Any ideas on age? If I read the "tree" trademark info in the other forum correctly, it may be early 1900's.

Looks like you figured it out. It's not an antler logo, it's a tree. Boker's still up and running and you can read company history on their website; just google it.
No ideas on the age, but if you decide you don't like it, I'll "recycle" it for you.

God alone gets that truck! I do have stake in some other rides, but don't know if the partners would want to sell.
I rebuilt that truck with my dad and granddad (along with the help of friends/cousins/etc.) when I was in high school. I'll be holding on to it as long as the Lord lets me.
I'm not aware of a "Back to the 50's" in my area. Do you know something I don't?

Thanked: 170Wow! What a great story your truck tells - to build with your Dad and Granddad is about as good as it gets. Back to the 50's is at St Paul Fairgrounds this Friday, Sat and Sun - 11,000 + streetrods.
