Anyone have information on this razor. It's labled as Manganese Steel, Hamburg Solingen. Age or history?

Thanks. Pretty new to this. Wasn't sure how to post a question. I'll learn. I'd really like to use this razor, it was $20 out of my pocket, but, I'm new to straight razors. I'm willing to spend much more, like the $1,299 Damascas, I don't think it would be smart to start like that. I would like to know about refurbing or reconditioning this blade. I'll have to get another cable to post a pic. Again, thank you.
