    Default Need help to ID

    NEED HELP! So i got this razor at an antique shop for $10 which i thought was a good deal. It is rough but i have seen worse! Problem is i don't know if it is worth restoring.. the blade looks like it has a HUGE chip in it..or it could just be the shape? and i have never heard of the brand "720 Step" or "Trade Mark Step" it says its made in Hamburg, Germany if anybody thinks they know about this straight razor please let me know! thanks!
