I was wondering if any of you good folk knew of medieval razors or earlier , I am particularly interested in saxon period ? Razors are not an artefact I have seen preserved in a museum (or at least i have not recognised one on my trips around european museums).
how old is "shaving" ?
I think they would be a great use for bloomery steel.....
