Thanked: 0Razor found in the loft - Is it worth anything?
Hi Everyone
I found this razor in the loft and have no idea whether it has any value? My wife says we couldn't give it away! What do you experts think?
Hopefully have attached a photo.
Thanks in advance

It is worth having professionally honed for you to experience old fashioned shaving with a fine example of a vintage razor. I believe it is Sheffield made, certainly looks the part. Others will know the manufacturer, perhaps you could post a better picture of the makers mark on the tang?
In terms of its pecuniary value, we do not offer valuations here.

Thanked: 1371It looks like there is plenty of life left in that razor. It can be cleaned up and will provide many years of shaving service.

Thanked: 0Thanks for the quick responses - there is no manufacturer - On the reverse it says ' Made & Ground in Germany' followed by the number 116.

I think that razor would gravitate to my weekly rotation after a clean-up and honing.
