You will have to find a generous or an unsuspecting seller, because decent razors that big do not usually sell for less than $100. For generous, possibly a member here. But this is probably going to be out of your control. For unsuspecting, try antique stores, flea markets, auctions online and offline, and estate sales. If you're willing to get an indecent 8/8, your chances improve. You could at that point pay someone else to make it decent for you, or try your hand at restoring it yourself.
There is no absolute best grind unless you have some parameters, and generally, the pros and cons for choosing one grind over another is the same with a small razor as with a big razor. One major difference though is in weight;a big hollow ground will be heavy, but a big wedge razor will be much heavier
