I came across this razor at an antique store and I was wondering if anyone knows how to date it or knows anything about it. I am also interested in restoring it. It has some chips in the blade but I think they should be able to be honed out. I would not be able to do this myself since I am a novice. How much do complete restorations typically cost (just a ballpark figure)? I am talking about blade and scales restoration. Is this razor even worth restoring in your opinion?
