HI; Can anyone tell me about John Sellers and Sons; have one that belonged to my great grandfather and can not find any info or what it may be worth. Any info is greatful Thank You Jeff

I can't tell you what it's worth but I can say that they are excellent shavers. I have one, 1/4 hollow, 6/8 that shaves extremely well.

Price appraisals aren't allowed, but I can tell you that possessing a family heirloom like that is worth far more than whatever price you'd get for it.
I have a Sellers & Sons that I like very much. It's a heavy, heavy almost-wedge that takes a ridiculously smooth edge. Get it in shape and enjoy!Last edited by northpaw; 07-29-2011 at 02:01 AM.

As northpaw pointed SRP does not give appraisals. Try ebay 'completed items' for the named razor. An obscure brand but they do turn up. Someone with some historical info may be along in this thread.

Is it me, or is this thread in the wrong forum, shouldn't this be in the "Razors" forum?
