Thread: So excited

I won these 2 razors last night. I cant wait to start my first rehab. I have a question about one I think it might be a Special #1 that was made for a barber supply company.

And so the RAD begins. I also have wanted a 6/8 or larger as well. The Ontario is a 6/8 but has a chip in the edge. Time to break out the Nani 220. I will have to post before and after pic's.

Ok this is what I got today. I am pretty sure its a Dubl Duck. What do you guys think?
You can see a couple spots of rust, but I think its very salvagable.

I am almost positive it is, but looking thru wiki and the Dubl Duck club I couldnt find one marked like this. Either way its still pretty exciting.

Yep, it's a DD number one. Good score.

DD's are awesome shavers as well, my two are amongst my very best!

So excited to have someone more experienced confirm it. Now to figure out who to restore it for me.

There are a lot of people on here who do retoration, I'm sure they'd be happy to do it.

Not me though :P
