I have several Hart Steel razors. I liked the first one enough to get more. Here are links to better reviews.

Hart makes a no nonsense straight razor at a fair price. And for some members the bonus is it is made in the USA. Straight razors are, of course, subjective in terms of preference. I hope the reviews help you with your decision and the input from SRP members, be it pro or con assist you as well.

I've got a Hart 6/8, round point and it's a fantastic shaving razor. It ever I miss a days shaving, then the Hart would probably be one of my first choices to clean up two days of stubble. I highly recommend them.

I love them!
I bought my first Hart razor (6/8, polished, jimps, rounded point, black scales) because I wanted to support an American business. I bought a second Hart (6/8, satin, rounded point, black scales) because I liked the way the first one shaved.
I love the weight of Hart Razors and the ease with which they shave. I also like the rather industrial, no nonsense look of the razor. I would rate the two Hart razors to be among the top echelon of my razors along with a 6/8 Thiers-Issard Le Grelot (my current favorite), a vintage 13/16 J. A. Henckels 72 1/2, a 5/8 Dovo Prima Klang, a 6/8 Revisor Prima Solingen (6-0029), and a vintage 5/8 Filarmonica Doble Temple 12.
IMO, Hart Steel makes very fine razors.
