    Default unknown maker's mark

    Hi Guys,
sorry i don't have photos yet, but i am starting to restore a razor for a friend and in the intial removal of clumps of rust have uncovered stamps i have not seen and cannot find in any of my reference books.
On the tang is stamped a sword - double edge, straight, spiral wrapped grip - over the word "Sheffield".
On the blade itself is stamped "Hollow Ground" above "Fully warranted".
Both these are on the same side. The other side of blade and tang have no marks.
Any ideas on the maker and date range?
    Regards
    Adam.
    Respectfully,
    Adam.

    Hi!

Please see this thread, looks like the one you got. I can't tell you more, since I'm no expert, but I was looking for the same thing recently

    Regards,
    Adrian
