Masonic Wade and Butcher
This is the Wade and Butcher Masonic that I won on eBay for $45! It looks to be original with very little use and hone wear. It's a very heavy wedge. The etchings are nearly all completely intact and should easily survive even a mirror polish. Blade is a 7/8 with no chips or nicks. This one will be sent out for restoration!

Nice find. I would skip the mirror finish and just get it cleaned, rescalled if those are bug bites I see and properly honed. Enjoy your new find.

Well done, I'm going to be looking out for pictures of this one when it's done.

Thanked: 9I've seen a few of the masonic Wades recently on the bay, but am too cheap to purchase them myself.
It probably doesn't need to be mentioned, but please post pics once it's restored!

Very nice! I've been on the lookout for one myself. Congratulations, hope it cleans up well.
