Years ago, I used to play mandolin. And, in the mandolin crowd, we suffered from MAS, or Mandolin Acquisition Syndrome. I'm sure there is a similar disease for wet-shavers. Anyway, I digress.

I just picked up this pair of straight razors. I saw them and said to myself, "Self, I've got to have this pair." I'm hoping they shave as good as they look.

A matched set of mid-19th century Joseph Rodgers & Sons straight razors. The are a wedge grind and are just over 6/8" wide. The tang reads:
