    Nope can't help you either but it looks like that razor needs some TLC.

    i have a bunch that have similar kiri boxes I'll check the kanji when I get home.

    EDIT:
    mine has exact same kiri box and label, but the kanji is different, mine says Jyu Saburo, it is made from White 2 steel.
    I was told such blades are made for a barber supply stores by smiths, and the kanji is usually the store name and the type of steel.
    Mine is ~ 30-50 years old.
