    Default Broken Razors

My mom bought me a couple razors with knicks in the blade. They're bad enough that you can't shave with them and one is too far gone for...anything really. I hate to throw them away because they are still 80ish years old, but I don't see any practical use for them. Anyone have a similar problem?

Clean them up, and turn them into butter knives?

I have a friend who makes pocket knives out of them.

It's not that hard to hone most chips out, just a little time consuming. Try fixing them.

without pictures it is impossible to advise. But, if they are really junk, then sharpen them and use them for cutting tape, or patches if you are a muzzleloading fan. Best, wildhog
