There are several Clarkes according to Goins' Encyclopedia. T.M. Clarke & Co. was in business from approximately 1900 to 1920. If that's not the right one, add some more details or, perhaps, a photo of the razor.

thank you walt here is a picture of the razor i know the blade is original and the handel is a hand crafted remake

William Clark & Co. was in business 1860-1875. Located 95 & 96 London Wall EC.
