    Hello,

    I know the title is a bit much, couldn't find a razor in the data base here on SRP. Here's the information, if anyone knows anything i'd like to know a much as possible...
    -on the handle "J. Stevens & Son England"
    -on the blade "The Damascus True Rina"
    -Full hollow
    -8/8
    -3/4 inch tang
    -spike point
    That's all i know...

    just checked my Goins and it only shows a j.stevens sheffield they made bowie type knifes and cutlery. No Dates no other info.

    J.Stevens & Son was a surgical instrument maker. Located in London. In business since 1830.

    Do you have any idea how old this razor could be? (or when they stopped manufacturing) Also what does "Damascus true Rina" mean?

    I'll have pictures after i get the restoration done, the scales were rotting(smelled bad) but the razors looking much better. I contacted the company (the modern version) they couldn't tell me anything about the razor

    Default Pictures

    Here are some Pictures as i promised, it's been sanded up to 2000 grit, the lettering was not readable until i began to restore it. Maybe judging by the style an approximation of age can be made? Please excuse the prototype scales...
