    Found a nib NEVER OPENED IXL on the box, how much is it worth?



    I can get it for $250 is this good?

    Depends on the size and condition. I know it's NIB, but the last NIB I got had terrific hone wear. Go figure!

    I don't know what size or anything, the paper is still in tact I couldn't see that it had ever been opened.

    You could always use eBay as a barometer for what things might go for.
    The classifieds on here is another way to find what the market are willing to pay for an item such as that.
    The reason for this policy is that value is a highly subjective matter.
    What that razor is worth to one man, might not even be close to what it is to another

    I'd be nervous buying a carbon steel razor without seeing it first, it could be very rusty, if it were stored in a high humidity environment, you just can't know the condition unless it is opened.
