Hi All,

I just unpinned this razor for restoration purposes and a number (669) on the inside of the scales just happened to caught my eye, does anyone know what it stands for or if it has meaning at all? It's a Richard Abr. Herder and the inscription on the blade says "Best German Hollow Ground".
