Most likely, the razor was made by DOVO.
"DOVO did make and will make razors for CASE USA, these are labeled as Case razors and are
not allowed to be sold from Solingen but will always completely be distributed by Case,
    USA."
Mr. Stremmel, the managing director of DOVO, 2008.

Thanks for the info, Manah. You wouldn't happen to have any info on the manufacture date, would you?

I can't correctly date this razor. But I think, this is a modern razor made after 1988.
    From Case company history:
1988: American Brands sells W. R. Case & Sons to James F. Parker, Chattanooga, Tennessee.
1990: W. R. Case & Sons is sold to River Associates, Inc., of Chattanooga, Tennessee.
1990: Case changes product line markings to W. R. Case & Sons, Bradford USA, PA, and the year.
1993: W. R. Case & Sons is sold to Zippo Mfg. Co. of Bradford, Pennsylvania.
    ....
Since 1988, a mess started. IMO.

That's a common theme you see with many old line razor makers. In later years they stopped making razors themselves and imported them or had others do the manufacture and just put their name on them.

Not just razors. We stopped at the Ka-Bar visitor's center over the summer and saw several Case knives in their display cases. When I inquired about them I was told that they were made for Case. There are many knife companies that have their products made by others. I know Camillis made hawk bill knives for Case until Camillis went out of business, which is when Case Hawk Bill knives became scarce for a while. Today many knife companies have products made in several companies including China. Ka-Bar is one of them as is Puma. The knife world is very messy when it comes to brand names and where the products were made. I even heard tales of Case knives being made out of the country.

A lot of modern Ka-Bar knives are made in China. It's an official fact.
