I've always had a bit of a worry about sending my razors in the post, but its balanced by the fact i pay the extra for tracked postage that is normally guaranteed next day and requires a signature. it costs a few quid extra but at least it helps me relax knowing that its being taken care of.
as for posting it, i tend to pack it in a hard plastic razor case i got my first razor in, then a wrap of bubblewrap with the largest FRAGILE wording i can get on the package
its all overkill but at least i know that its safe when it leaves here, i know that if i skimp on this step one day i will be unlucky enough to lose one...

Thanked: 199I hone my own, but did lose one in the mail that I let someone try. If I don't have to, I will never send them away again.

What I always did with watches that I couldnt replace is, Insure them for an amount that you can buy something nicer with. I would do the same with a razor I couldnt replace,If they lose it you can get a custom made replacment. that should make you happy again.
