2 different "The Improved Eagle Razor"??
I was perusing the bay today and stumbled on this: KORN,THE REAL,KOLLER,GENCO,DURHAM DUPLEX,IMPERIAL,SPERRY,WECK STRAIGHT RAZOR | eBay Check out the third photo and do a "zoom" on the tang of "The Improved Eagle Razor".
I thought I had one just like it, but mine is a Geneva Pyramid.
Any ideas on how the same blade etching could appear on apparently different brand razors?

I have seen a bunch of those all from different brands.
I would say they were OEM blades made to order.regularjoe likes this.Stefan

I believe back in the day, cutlers made razors, they then sent them off to have them etched or engraved. I believe these were probably sent to the same engraver to have the after production work done.
