Just got this on Fleabay.... Is it a good shaver?
So my SRAD has hit again, I was out last night with a few friends for some drinks and good Lumpia, when this came across my ebay app. I don't know much about it except that it's allegedly a Dubl Duck and was only 10 bucks, Is this a true Duck or the Shavette?..
So anyone know anything about these razors? Decent shaver or something that would be ok to destroy learning to hone on (Or Shavette?)

Thanked: 247It looks to me, like the type that uses disposable blades. I guess you could try to hone disposable blades...I'm not real sure though.

I've had one of those before. Definitely a shavette style razor. If I remember right it takes the 2 1/2" persona blades from Sally's.

Those were usually intended to be more hair shapers than razors or at least the pearlduck ones were. They usually came with a comb edge attached. That looks like an older one. It usually says on the razor what the model is. They did make a few disposable blade razors. You may have one..
