    Default Old F Herder Razor

    Hi All,

I just bought this razor and I was wondering if someone here could tell a little bit more about it.
As the picture depicts, the name "F Herder", a one and two crossed keys are stamped into the shank.
The metal has a darkish grey colour and it seems the razor hasn't been repinned or something.
What's this razors age and is it a rare object?

Thank in advance and best regards, OomOli

Thanks manah, the razor discussed in that thread doesn't have a one stamped into blade. Does that make a difference?
Based on the other thread, I can assume this is a pretty rare razor...

Looks like it will make a good shaver. I'd rather have a good shaver than a rare razor ...... OTOH, a rare razor that is a good shaver is even better.

Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I don't think so. But it's a good, old Solingen razor.
