    Hello good people,

    does anyone has ever heard, seen or had French made straight razor LouPer Cabinet?

    I've seen another LouPer on ebay, but I don't know specifics about the manufacturer. that one looks well used.

    Yell at it in German if it runs away it's definitely French. To our French friends it was just a joke don't get your panties in a knot.

    I think Louper is short for Louis Perlamann which is a German maker.

    Weltschliff on the scales suggests German origin as well. Welt meaning world, schliff meaning grind. I'm not sure how to translate the words combined other than something like "Excellent grind".
