Well damn. I'd still like to find a honester willing to take a crack at it. Do you all think that its even worth it?
Either way, this is going to become the centerpiece for my den, reminding me that patience is always worth more than free shipping!
    Merry Christmas!

You do get what you pay for, especially, on ebay. No good Kamisori would ever be in that price range unless it were old, rusted, pitted and chipped. Regardless, it is an experience that you needed to go through to get a better one. there is always a silver lining as a honemeister may be able to salvage it.
    Good luck to you.

To be blunt I would say no but I've been wrong before. However, does it need to be sharp to remind you that patience is always worth more than free shipping ?
