    Since it is the only markings on the razor I would be very surprised if the markings had no meaning at all.

    Here is my friend's response.

    Wullie, These are archaic Chinese character-2,000 years back. They are only used today on making Chinese seals. In this case I believe it is an ornate usage of a brand name. The middle character looks like "good". I have sent a request to a Chinese friend in Singapore and he may offer some good advice. It may be Chinese or Japanese. Jim
