Thanked: 884Christmas presents from me to me.
Made a trade a few weeks back. My Christmas present to myself. One of the razors is a KROPP. Appears to be NIB. Blade covered with sticky goo.
There was another KROPP in the pile. Appears to be pretty much unused but loks like somebody started to set a bevel and quit.
Nice Lockwood Brothers appears pretty much unused as well. More sticky goo.
Bunch more in the box but this enough pictures to choke the guys on dial up.
If pics this size are an issue, please advise and I can use the photobucket thumbnails.
thanks,
Willie

Thanked: 247Are these the ones from across the pond? I've wondered about that sticky goo before. I thought it was a sign the scales were breaking down. Guess I was wrong about that too! Look very nice!!

Thanked: 884That's the same ones.
There was one in that bunch with cracked blade and some that had rust (BIG TIME) and a couple with some scale issues, but most are in pretty good shape.
Here's another gooed up one. LOL

That goo was probably the difference between rusty and minty. Nice finds though!
