Thanked: 30Boker Style - Got a couple of questions.
I snagged a couple of razors last night at the local auction house.
One is a Torrey 4/8 with a barber's notch, which should clean up easily.
The second is the curious one. I think it is a Boker, but I am still unsure since there is not a name on the tang, but there is a very small stamp on the very end of the tang of a tree. The spine of the blade is fairly thick.
The third - I missed it. Somebody wanted something else in the box, so the second Boker went to them. It was a "Lance" Boker with Ivory covered tang. Really bad edge though. It wasnt so much a "smile" as it was a toothless grin. I was not willing to pay that much for this one. The buyer bought the box for $85 (aside from the razor I wanted nothing else = not worth it).

Boker? The tang says "INFALLIBLE" - Is this a Boker and can somebody throw a possible age range out there for me? Thanks.

Boker Razors are clearly marked. What appears to be a tree (if it is) is not the Boker tree so I would say your razor is not a Boker. But I'm not a Boker expert. Maybe one will come along.

Thanked: 30
The stamp looks an awful lot like the second generation logo. It is clearly a tree stamped on the tang.
Also, see the bottom of this page. Not all Bokers are stamped clearly marked. If not for the tree on the tang, it doesnt say Boker elsewhere.
