I have an 8/8 Dorko extra hollow ground round point. I'm not sure if it is a 300, but it is an excellent shaver.

I have a 7/8 Dorko #14 square point and it is a great shaver and one of my pride and joys. I also have a 7/8 Hart Steel square point which is a beast compared to other 7/8s. It shaved great the first couple shaves but it could use a professional honing now. Lastly, I have an 8/8 Revisor "Revisor Extra" square point which I bought due to being very affordable for an 8/8. It shaved great the first couple times from the factory but I think it could use a professional honing now too.
One thing I did learn from purchasing the 8/8 Revisor is that 7/8 is about as large as I prefer to shave with but I still keep it in my rotation.Last edited by bmf2001; 01-28-2012 at 07:51 PM.
