I have 2 CF Wolfritz razors from Allentown, PA. I believe they were made there because none of the razors by them are stamped with any other locations i.e. Solingen. They are some of my finest shavers.

Dovo wins again
I was looking around the internet 1 day and found a most interesting item in a Pennsylvania bankruptcy ct. It was a deed to cmon in 1980 liquidating all its assets for 1 dollar. As cmon lovers I'm sure you have seen the cheap dovo knockoff of the cadillac. Well I wonder who purchased the rights for nothing to all of carl monkhouses patents, names and factory. Dovo for nothing. As a monkhouse lover myself I was sick to my stomach to find out that although I was only 10 I could be the proud owner of the monkhouse name

I do have every monkhouse going back to 1926 and they are choice razors but I want a filly version but the bid has started at 253 and I don't want to even spend that much. But it's out I have been looking for a cmon filly and dubl duck for 10 yrs but some people think they have gold when they have brass or copper and price it accordingly

Keep looking, Jim.
Sooner or later you'll find one priced reasonably..
I got my Filarmonica/C-mon in 8/8 years ago.
It's a doosy, and will never leave my rotation.Bjoernar
Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me over all these years....

I picked up a Genco Easy Aces with cracked ice scales not to long ago. Gives a great shave.

I may have ~doz of more American made razors. Some shave well but they're balance is off. They just don't fit my hand for Stropping .

I've owned quite a few U.S razors and my favorite of all were Waterville Cutlery
