I have a few. They shave as good as any razor you can get.

Morty1,
Not having the monies for a 'full Livi', I got a Livi 'New Grind' from SRD; it is an excellent shaver
Have fun !
Best regards

As stated by the previous posters, they are fine shavers. I'm very satisfied with the ones I've got!

I bought a Mastro Livi New Grind with Bois de Rose scales as my first straight razor about a month ago. Since I've got nothing to compare it to, I'll comment on the aesthetics. The engraved script "Mastro Livi Made In Italy" looks great. The scales are flawless. It came in a nice wooden coffin, well cushioned and lined, and included a hex wrench to tighten the scales. The jimps and design on the spine are quite elegant.
Good luck. I hope more become available soon.
Cheers,
Jack
