Thanked: 1Müller Razor ID?
Hi guys,
I'm new at this business but pretty keen. Anyhow I've purchased my first razor that i'm trying to ID. I thought it might be A. Müller who makes the Bismark razors but I'm unsure.
The blade is stamped with Müller with a straight razor going through it (as can be seen on the box) also "97" and SOLIGEN on the tang. Opposite site has Made in Germany. Seems pretty nice, I'll send it off for a sharpen I think - It only owes me $8 USD so I can't complain, any clues
here it is
Cheers

Thanked: 1damn, thats a steal in my opinion. that blade has really beautiful etching, looks to be in great condition, and the scales look perfect also. Can't help with the name, but I'm a bit jealous... Hard to find a blade that nice for that cheap.
And with the box to boot!

Thanked: 1Cheers Rocan,
The blade had a few chips out of it when I received it but managed to remove them using glass plate with 1k wet/dry paper - it does have a few bits of corrosion around the tang/pin, but the blade itself is pretty nice (few water spots though).
I've another potentially better score on the way, 4 razors for $40USD although one has damaged scales but another is new in box. So many razors and no shaving yet, i've gotten it all backwards haha! Still waiting on shaving brush styptic pencil etc etc but I'm eager as.
