Well, for 'mint' you can ask the collectors, but you'll pay collectors prices, and you'll spend most of its value at the moment you open the box. You can sometimes get vintage razors in excellent original condition that look as good or better than the current production from people like us, especially the ones who have been at this for a number of years. Look in the classifieds or PM some people who seem to have good stuff like that. You may have to pay comparable price to buying a new razor or more, but to me it's always been well worth it. Restoring an old abused razor is possible as you can see in the restoration section and you can get good results, but I've never seen anyone who has come close to factory condition. May be it's just the nature of the razor factories using a real professional equipment.
You should peruse the razor database in the library/wiki, there are a number of razors in original condition or very close to it.
