The ones I have seen were all identical razors within the set except the day inscription.

There is really no way we can tell if ALL seven day sets had identical razors unless we see an ad or catalog listing one w/ different razors. I am not aware of any of any being found. Our belief is that they were all the same style and grind razor except for the day inscriptions. Using the same razor style and grind has it's advantages in shaving in that they all should act the same while shaving. A lot of us enjoy the differences in razors but requires a longer learning curve to master each different razor. I find it a bit boring to shave through a seven day set bit I usually shave with a different razor every day. It usually take a year or more for me to get back to a specific razor. If you find a seven day set that has a different style or grind razor in it, the razor was probably added to replace one that was broken.

I saw a 7 day set for sale yesterday. The ad stated up front that one razor was a replacement even though it was stamped with the right day to match the rest of the set.

It sure was hard to resist. The price at the time was very reasonable.
