Just some thoughts - nothing concrete. 'Porto' must mean Portugal, so they were probably an export item. There is a Tinoco in Argentina, but the main language there is Spanish. Tinoco seems to be quite a common name in Portugal, so perhaps there was an establishment of that name in Portugal that CVH supplied in much the same way as they supplied M. Kindal in France for sale in his Swedish Cutlery shop.

    Regards,
    Neil
