    Default J.T. Mount & Company-straight razor

Can anyone comment on the razors from J.T. Mount and Company? Here is what Goins Encyclopedia has to say about this company:

"J.T. Mount & Co. Newark N.J. c. 1885-1911. James T. Mount was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1845. He moved to east Orange, New Jersey in 1881, and about 1885 opened a cutlery manufacturing company in Newark, located in the Nassau Works. This works had previously been occupied by Charles Booth, and later Furness & Banister. He operated the plant for several years, closing it in 1905. Mr. mount died in 1921".

Buy 'em all day long for $2.00 - $3.00 in that condition.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
