Case Temperite 25
Just got this in today. A real nice Case Temperite 25 11/16. This is the second one I've had but this one is the nicest for sure. It was said to be NOS and I believe it, no hone wear at all.

Ooh, purty. Most of the temperites I've seen have clear scales. Were these aged to a fine tint, or did Temperites have varying models?

Thanked: 48I got a NOS temperite too but it has glass clear rather then yellow tinged scales. Are those scales tinted? How's it shave?

They do have a yellow tint as did the last one I had. I will test shave with it tonight but I expect it will be a great shaver like the one before. I shall report back.

Congrats, that is one smokin' hot razor. Love those Case boys.
Don't get hung up on hanging hairs.

Thanked: 5I have one that is not in nearly as nice condition, but it was in NOS condition in terms of hone wear, unforunately I had to remove a lot of metal to get over the chips in the edge but WOW! These razors are sooooo thin at the edge, absolutely tree tops hairs with ease. This is the sharpest razor i've ever owned/seen. My scales are tinted as well. They did a really good job with the hollow grinding on these...
If you ever see one in fair shape, grab it. You won't be dissapointed.
