Thanked: 70Utopian: you are right. I had read it. My memory is way flawed or there is more information on page one than previously.
Thanks for redirecting me.

Thanked: 3215Interesting, about the Sure Edge case. The pins look similar to a Robeson washerless pin, the scales and blade shape and grind are similar to a Shure Edge.
Had not though about it…Just saying…

Thanked: 884Oh come on, Winchester made EVERYTHING in their Firearms factory. They made flashlights, hand tools, razor, knives, ROLLER SKATES and dog knows what else in a small converted 2 buggy garage at the back of the gun factory.
Two retired nuns, a bearded lady, a wildman from Borneo, and a formerly out of work dance instructor did most of the work.Last edited by Wullie; 01-28-2016 at 03:35 AM.

Thanked: 884Thanks for the kind words.
That deal out west didn't work out like I'd hoped. Probably a good thing. I'm still around and hip deep in poo at work. Trying to get all my ducks in a row to retire from that dump without taking a pay cut. I'm almost there, may have hold on for another 6 months or so before I pull the rip cord.
Hope all is good in your world.Member Tonkin Gulf Yacht Club, participant SE Asia War Games 1972-1973. The oath I swore has no statute of limitation.
