Default Yet Another Razor ID Request

I have this razor and can't find anything on it. On the tang is a crown with a B below it and the words "CIBOL (CIROL) A GIEN". I am almost 100% certain it is French from the Gien area. Thanks for your help.

It looks French to me too. Setting a date for French razors is difficult, they have a sense of aesthetics that is totally different from German and Anglo-saxon shapes... It seems to me to be from 1910-1950, according to the blade shape. But I repeat, I'm not certain at all... The scales don't seem to be original, am I wrong?
