    Default W&B Celebrated Hollow Ground

    Yesterday's acquisition:

Pretty proud of this one. I think a bit of MAAS may be all I need to get these up to snuff.

Has a lead wedge and what appears to be horn scales. Any idea on year of manufacture?

Looks like maybe 1870's or 1880's maybe. Excellent razor, it will be a fun tool. Be careful with this on the hones, it wants to frown..... roll your strokes, tape at least the tip.

I definitely won't be the one to hone this one the first time around. I'm too worried about messing it up. I've been wanting one of these for quite awhile. Only thing higher on my list is a 7/8 or bittger W&B Wedge.

Nice find, should be a great shaver, as are most W&Bs. What size is it, 6/8"?
