Default age of this solingen mulcuto razor?

    Hi everybody,

I wonder about the age of this razor - on the whole internet is not really much information about this type of razor respectively about the Mulcuto manufacturing company. A friend of mine has given it to me to hone and polish it but a large piece of the blade was broken out. Originally, it was a 5/8" full hollow but because of the ruined blade it is by far not as wide as before (there was no other choice than to grind it down to 2/3 of the original width to make it completely functional again). But thatīs not the matter here. In my opinion, it was manufactured between WW I and WW II but I donīt know any exact date. Can anybody help me with that estimation?

The Razor type is Solingen Mulcuto Extra (engraved on the LH side) and on the RH side "Solingen Mulcuto Werk Germany" on the bakelite handle engraved "Mulcuto Solingen" and the original box is cardboard as you can see from the picture. The steel is of perfect quality - as one is used to from almost all Solingen products.

Mulcuto-Werk, Paul Müller & Co., Solingen in 1920 and 1925, Solingen, Burgstrasse 59 in 1939. Brand name: 'Mulcuto'. Open-blade razor and safety-razor maker.
And for the age of your razor not sure but definately an old one for sure.

Thanks, great! - I am almost sure that the razor is dated between WWI and WWII, as I already mentioned - but Iīm very curious about the year, respectively at least the decade but you helped me a lot with the details about the manufacturer, seems that Iīm not wrong with my estimation.
