Just bought this for $25, can it be restored? Is it a 6 or 7/8?

Wow im no restoration expert but that looks like its in pretty good shape, little chips on the bevel though. Might be able to get away with just some maas

For 25$ I would just hone and use it. See if you really like it and it likes you before you buy it gifts. (date nite (:-) )
