Thanked: 0New guy. Can someone help me with an identification? Austrian with six point star
I'm so new. Can someone help me identify a razor?
Austria stamped on tang
Blade is lightly etched with six point star
Right of star (what I remember) is "Bueller" Steel
Is this a common item?

Thanked: 3164Are you sure it doesn't say "Bohler Steel" on the razor?
I have had several razors made from Bohler steel, all very good shavers. The company started in 1870 in Vienna and is still going today. I don't think they ever made razors, but supplied the steel - they specialised in a large number of specialist alloy steels.
Regards,
Neil

Thanked: 56Hey there
Could it say BÖHLER steel? They had a 6 point star as the trademark.
Thanks
Carl.
