Thread: I might have found a gold mine!

Went to a local antique mall and its a big one. Found a a case with about 30 razors in it. I scored big time, picked up a wade & butcher 6/8 celebrated for $20 and a fredrick reynolds 7/8 for $15 and they had plenty more and they were in good condition. Soo my question is, should i buy and resell. I dont want to take advantage but the seller is pricing the razors on how the look. The ones with etchings are priced higher hence the price on the two razors I left with (no fancywork). Also I saw a really large razor there that was marked GRIFFOR or GROFFON I couldnt make out the last letter, was just wondering if it was worth picking up. Thanks for your opinions in advance!

The smart thing to do is buy them all, keep what you like and sell the rest.

buy them while you can afford them ... the only good price is one that both you and the seller can agree on and if you are both happy you made a good deal.

Around here if you don't post pictures, then it never happened. If you have some time, post some pictures of the W&B and FR. As for the seller, s/he is selling the razors for what s/he thinks they're worth. If you can afford them and they're in good condition, I would buy them. Good deals like this don't come around too often.

My family keeps hitting jackpots like these.

I tell them, pick them all up. I'll keep the ones I like and resell the rest to fund my rad even further.
